 We're loving our new house! Thanks for your patience in our 7 month house-hunt. Being 1sttime home buyers, it took some time to really discover and find what we were looking for. You were the perfect real estate agent for us – you were confident, knew what you were talking about and were wise in your advise. Before I found you, we worked with a couple of other agents, and well, we didn't stick with either of them for a reason. You weren't pushy to show us houses out of our price range, and were very diligent in continuing the search and were always flexible with your schedule.  We came down on Labor Day weekend, looking for a home and fast, our son and wife needed a house because of financial problems they could not rent. We had talked of moving to Branson, but wanted to wait till spring, however the kids needed us, so off to Branson we came.
 
We met with Deb on Sept. 2, 2010,  She immediately took us to see some homes, all nice, but after seeing the last one, Deb said she had one more for us to see she thought we would love. She was right, we had found our new home, on the same day we came down, Saturday the 4th we were on our way home to start packing.
